Why should I have a boudoir photoshoot?
Boudoir is a fun and liberating way to celebrate yourself. It is both sexy and empowering, but it can also be a little intimidating at first definitely. Once you’ve met KT, the nerves will ease, your fears will fade, and you’ll really begin to enjoy the experience of boudoir.
Do you share my images?
The number one priority is making sure YOU, the client is comfortable. This is a life-changing experience, but that also makes it nerve-wracking.
Maybe you’re learning to love your body and you aren’t quite ready to share the images with the World. This experience is for you, but maybe it is for a special someone as well and the photos are for their eyes only.
There are a lot of valid reasons, but what it comes down to is your personal preference and your consent. We’ll discuss this before your photoshoot and you can decide if you’d like to allow us to share them openly, use only images that do not include your face, or to keep them completely private.
The choice is yours.
I’m nervous & awkward.
Am I going to look good in my photos?
This is completely normal and I hear it a lot. You’re about to do something out of your comfort zone and new to you, but let me reassure you I have your back. With a calming voice, lots of laughter, the right angles, and lighting…you will ROCK your session.
Do I have to wear lingerie?
Absolutely not, but choose outfits that make you feel sexy and comfortable. Check out our blog post about 6 Warm-Up Outfits HERE! Once you are fully booked, you’ll receive an email outlining all the details on how to prepare for your shoot, as well as some wardrobe ideas.
What about hair & makeup, is it included?
Hair & makeup is an add-on option for your session! I work with some wonderful artists who are here to help you feel like a sexy and glammed up version of yourself.
Whether you pick a bold smokey-eye and a glossy nude lip or a sweet and simple color-pop to enhance your natural look - you will look and feel amazing. Hair is styled down with beautiful waves, but if you have a specific look you’re striving for we can discuss this during the planning period.
You are more than welcome to do your own hair and makeup, but if you choose this route please go a bit darker as it photographs well and arrive at your boudoir photoshoot with your hair and makeup complete.
How do I prepare for my boudoir photoshoot?
After the contract has been signed and your session is secured, you will receive a detailed set of emails with information on how to prepare. This way we ensure you get all the information you need to make your session fantastic and just the way you want it!
Do you offer payment plans?
We understand that the boudoir experience is an investment, but it’s an investment in YOU. They are memories and photos you will have to look back on for the rest of your life. We offer multiple options to help make boudoir accessible for any budget - including pre-payment plans + bonuses, 3 or 6 month post-payment plans, and accept PayPal Credit
(subject to credit approval).

This is when you’ll ask questions and we’ll discuss everything from a bit about yourself and your overall vision for your photoshoot to picking a date and time for your session and a few contract details!
Where are you located?
We shoot in boutique hotels & studio spaces in the DC/NOVA area, weekend shoots throughout the East coast & beyond, plus In-Home sessions, so we come to you.
